PATTERNS
Upon purchasing downloadable patterns, you will receive via email:
a) a payment receipt from PAYPAL
b) an invoice from www.beverleywaycollection.com containing your downloadable products
(this invoice will appear shortly after you have received the PAYPAL payment receipt).
Click on the downloadable product text in your emailed invoice. The product text will be in color, underlined and clickable.
A popup window will appear, prompting you to SAVE the show to your hard drive or to OPEN the document. We suggest
that you save the document to your hard drive first, noting where you have saved it and its title, then open the document
and print a hardcopy.
NOTE: The clickable product links on your emailed invoice will remain valid for only 24hrs.
All printable pattern purchases are final. Should you encounter problems downloading or opening your purchased pattern
files, please email us at: CustomerService@beverleywaycollection.com from the email address you provided during the
purchase process >>

DOWNLOADABLE SHOWS
Please ensure that you have downloaded and saved to your hard drive, the FREE, SAFE plug-in required to run our shows.
This is a very small file and will download within seconds.

DVDS
All DVD sales are final. Orders are shipped within 48 hrs of order receipt. For your convenience, our DVD products have
been created for viewing on most TV DVD players and on most PC DVD players (as stand alone shows - no additional
software or plugins required). If you cannot view our product on one device, it will likely work on another since players
vary from device to device.
